[ fig. 1 ]

Don’t believe everything you read on the internet. I’m not a professional poker player—I can hardly shuffle a deck of cards. My claim to fame, instead, is breaking both legs at the same time when I was eight (see figure 1).

Since then, I’ve managed to avoid serious injury while doing the following:

  • Branding, manifesto writing, taglines and brand guidelines

  • Company and product naming

  • Concept development

  • Script writing for TV, radio and OLV

  • Headline writing for print, OOH and OLA

  • Websites, landing pages and emails

  • Organic and paid social

  • Contextual and ambient creative

  • Strategy and positioning

  • Brochures, collateral, catalogs and reports

  • Trade shows, events and activations

  • Consumer interviews

  • Creative audits

  • New-biz pitches

  • Client-facing presentations

And you have my word that all such work has been for clients in industries as varied as banking & finance, sports & entertainment, engineering, education, defense, biotech, regular tech, transportation, CPG, professional services and food & beverage.

Which means all you have left to learn is the legs story. For that, send a note to kevin.macphee15@gmail.com.
